From a young age, Tonia Pound recognized her unique talent for conceptualizing and developing compelling ideas. With an innate passion for production, she embraced every opportunity to explore and master her craft, excelling creatively as she navigated diverse roles and challenges in the entertainment industry.

Tonia’s journey hit a pivotal moment during her five-year tenure as Production Manager and Line Producer at CMT. In this role, she thrived at managing and supervising budgets of up to $3 million, while overseeing logistics for a variety of live performances, show episodes, and special events. It was a demanding role, but Tonia excelled, crafting exceptional productions with precision and passion.

Despite her success, Tonia sought more creative fulfillment. This drive led her to take on the production of the CMT Studio 330 promo, an endeavor she approached with unbridled enthusiasm. The result, Advanced Imagination: CMT Studio 330, won Best Commercial at the San Francisco New Concept Film Festival. Her supervisor remarked, "You’ve missed your calling," sparking a transformative realization in Tonia's career.

Determined to pursue more creative and visionary endeavors, Tonia transitioned into directing and producing. Her instinct and imagination quickly set her apart, earning her accolades as an award-winning director and producer across multiple projects. Today, she is not just a producer but an entrepreneur, blending creativity and strategy to bring dynamic stories to life.
